1.1 Data Processing Scope

We collect administrative metrics, email addresses, technical IP telemetry, and multi-tenant portal activity log files required to deliver our Cloud SaaS services. Genetic data or medical records processed within tenant modules are cryptographically isolated and segregated.

1.2 User Data Rights

Users reserve the right to request access, rectification, porting, or complete erasure of personal data by contacting [email protected]. Requests regarding multi-tenant trial data will be executed within 30 calendar days.

2. Cloud SaaS Terms of Service

By accessing or subscribing to BlueNovaDynamics software suites, you enter a binding contractual agreement with BlueNovaDynamics S.L., located at Calle Carretería, 33, 16001 Cuenca, España.

2.1 Platform SLA & High Uptime Guarantee

We commit to maintaining a 99.99% operational uptime standard for our core multi-tenant endpoints. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance through the client telemetry console.

2.2 Acceptable Use

Subscribers agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or breach multi-tenant security boundaries of our bio-computing engine. Violation of data isolation rules results in immediate termination of tenant provisioning.

3. Cookie & Telemetry Policy

Our web interface utilizes essential technical cookies to verify session authentication and local storage variables (`bnd_cookies_accepted`) to remember user preferences across sessions.

• Essential Cookies: Required for secure login tokens and multi-tenant tenant isolation.
• Performance Telemetry: Anonymous aggregate metrics used solely to evaluate bio-signal node latencies.
